Terms of Use

ScaleAi is a tool for logging and tracking training, food and body measurements. It organizes and displays the data you enter yourself.

ScaleAi is not a medical service and does not replace a health professional. Nothing inside the app is a prescription, a diagnosis or a treatment.

Before starting any training or diet program, consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury.

The calculations the app presents, such as 1RM estimates, calorie expenditure and nutrition targets, are approximations based on public formulas. Treat them as a reference, not as medical truth.

The AI assistant generates automated answers and can be wrong. It is not a health professional and nothing it says is medical or nutritional advice.

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• An account belongs to one person. Do not share credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use ScaleAi.
• The data you log is yours. You can export it or erase it at any time.

By using ScaleAi, you agree not to:

• Try to access other people’s accounts or data.
• Automate requests in a volume that harms the service.
• Upload illegal or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights, in photos and notes.
• Reverse engineer the API for abusive purposes.

ScaleAi is offered as is. We do what we can to keep everything up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of failures.

This disclaimer applies only as far as the law allows. It does not remove the mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer, nor our liability for intent, gross negligence or harm to life, body or health.

We recommend using the data export periodically if your history matters to you.

You can close your account whenever you want through the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. This does not override the consumer protection rules of the country where you live: if the law of your country of habitual residence gives you protections that cannot be waived by contract, they continue to apply in full.

Consumers resident in the European Union may bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile, and we may only bring proceedings against them in the courts of the country where they reside.

If anything relevant changes, we will let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the new terms.
